TP cards are either prepared at home, in a “make-it-yourself” way or at a big weekend program in state organization and sponsorship, but numerous companies offer TP card enrollment services on a “take to your doorstep” basis.

There are papers reporting on enrollment of TP cards in these occasions not only of children, but also of elderly, those living by any chance with Alzheimer’s disease. Moreover, parents also have their own TP cards prepared as a precaution, for their children – considering the more frequently occurring catastrophes.
